Yes, Every loose diamond at Carbon Sparkle is certified by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), GCAL (Gem Certification & Assurance Lab), or other reputable grading laboratories. These are the most respected grading labs in the world, ensuring your stone's quality and authenticity.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
"Eye-clean" refers to a diamond that has no inclusions or blemishes visible to the naked eye when viewed from the top. While a gemologist might see characteristics under 10x magnification, the stone will appear flawless to you and your admirers.
Chemically, physically, and optically, they are identical. The only difference is their origin: one is formed in the earth over hundreds of millions to billions of years, and the other is grown in a high-tech facility. Lab-grown diamonds offer incredible value, often costing up to 90% less than natural stones.

Ordering & Customization
Absolutely, for all custom jewelry projects, we will try our best to provide a detailed 3D CAD rendering for your approval. This allows you to see the exact proportions and details before we begin the casting process.
Due to the high demand and fast-moving nature of our inventory, we generally cannot hold stones. However, we do have the ability typically to hold a diamond or gemstone for up to 24 hours after a request is made by contacting us at contact@carbonsparkle.com
Loose diamond and gemstone orders can typically be modified within 24 hours. However, custom jewelry orders cannot be canceled or changed once the production or casting process has begun.
Yes, we offer a 30-day manufacturer’s defect warranty on all fine jewelry. This covers any issues with the craftsmanship of your piece at the time of delivery. It does not cover normal wear and tear or lost stones.
Carbon Sparkle is a digital-first brand. By operating exclusively online, we eliminate the high overhead of a traditional storefront, allowing us to pass those significant savings directly to you.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 15 business days. Because some of our stones are sourced from international partners, they must clear customs before arriving at our facility for final inspection.
Yes, Every order is shipped fully insured for its total value. Your purchase is protected from the moment it leaves our facility until it is signed for at your door.
Yes, for your security and ours, all Carbon Sparkle shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to sign.
Yes, to prevent theft and maintain your surprise, all orders are shipped in a nondescript box with no mention of "diamonds" or "jewelry" on the exterior label.
Yes, we ship to most countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees required by their local customs office.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for loose diamonds and gemstones (USA only). The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and certificates.
Because custom pieces are handcrafted to your specific requirements, all sales on custom-set jewelry are final.
Your first return every 90 days is free. Any additional returns within that 90-day window will incur a $40 restocking fee to cover processing and re-inspection.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
