Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to get your sparkle to you as quickly and securely as possible.

  • Domestic (USA): Orders over $200: FREE Standard Shipping. Orders under $200: $10 Flat Rate Shipping.
  • International: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Processing & Transit Times

To provide the highest quality selection, some of our diamonds and gemstones are sourced directly from our international partners.

  • Standard Timeline: Most orders are delivered within 15 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Please refer to your specific item description for extended lead
    times on custom settings or bespoke jewelry.

Delayed Shipments

We value your patience when sourcing rare stones. If your order faces an unexpected delay of greater than 10 business days beyond the original estimated delivery date:
  • We will send an updated status email.
  • We will provide a new, revised estimated delivery date.

  • In accordance with federal law, if we cannot meet the revised date, you will be given the option to either consent to the further delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

International Imports & Fees

For orders shipped outside of the United States, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Duties and Taxes: Custom Sparkle does not collect VAT, duties, or taxes during checkout for international orders. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import fees, the cost of original shipping and any return transit fees will be deducted from your refund.

Secure Delivery & Signature

For your security, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Due to the high value of our merchandise, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


Force Majeure & Weather Delays

While we aim for 100% on-time delivery, Carbon Sparkle is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather events (such as hurricanes), natural disasters, carrier strikes, or international customs holds. In these instances, we will work closely with the carrier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as conditions allow.
