Domestic and International Returns

  • All sales of loose diamonds and gemstones are final. Due to the unique nature of each diamond, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once the diamond has been ordered. (After 15 September 2026)

  • We encourage you to carefully review the diamond’s certificate, measurements, and photos before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific stone, please contact us prior to placing your order, we’re happy to help you choose with confidence. 

European Union Returns

  • 14-Day Window: European orders have a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Costs: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Return Eligibility & Process

To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging (including grading certificates, if applicable).
  • Initiate: Contact us at contact@carbonsparkle.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Ship: If approved, we will provide a prepaid FedEx, USPS, or UPS label (for eligible U.S. returns). If you choose a different carrier, you assume all shipping costs and liability.
  • Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exclusions & Damaged Goods

  • Custom Jewelry: Any stones requested to be set in a mounting by Carbon Sparkle are non-refundable. Custom jewelry orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

European Union "Cooling Off" Period

For non-customized orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
