Our Guarantee

At Carbon Sparkle, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a transparent return process for our loose diamonds and jewelry.

Domestic Returns USA

  • 30-Day Window: Loose diamonds may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Your return must be postmarked within this timeframe.
  • Return Shipping: Each customer is eligible for one free return every 90 days.
  • Restocking Fees: Any additional returns within a 90-day period will incur a $40
    restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

International Returns

  • 14-Day Window: International orders have a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Costs: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Return Eligibility & Process

To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging (including grading certificates, if applicable).
  • Initiate: Contact us at contact@carbonsparkle.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Ship: If approved, we will provide a prepaid FedEx, USPS, or UPS label (for eligible U.S. returns). If you choose a different carrier, you assume all shipping costs and liability.
  • Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exclusions & Damaged Goods

  • Custom Jewelry: Any stones requested to be set in a mounting by Carbon Sparkle are non-refundable. Custom jewelry orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

European Union "Cooling Off" Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
